Dining Downtown!

Updated: May 22, 2020

Weather permitting there will be outdoor seating for restaurants between the 200-300 block of Middle St. and the 200 block Craven St. This is allowed from 5-11pm Friday and Saturday evenings. This will allow restaurants to serve customers in an open-air environment. Also, please note that restaurants will be following NC Health Dept. guidelines with only 50% capacity indoors, socially-distanced seating, and extra sanitization.

Below is a list of the downtown restaurants along with their opening status. Not everyone had their information posted by the time I created this list, so please be patient and check-in with their social media if you don't see them listed below. Also, as restaurants reopen please have patience with them. They have new operating procedures and adjusted seating charts so there will be a learning curve. Pretend like you're dining in Europe (pre-Covid) where no one's in a rush (after-all, it might even feel like Europe with all the open-air seating ;)):
