The year is coming to a close and it's time to plan next year's Supper Club. It's not too late for you to join!
For those of you who don't know about Supper Club, it is a wonderful way to get to know your neighbors and make new friends. We encourage you to join - it's great fun and a long standing tradition in HDRA. Please let us hear from you by December 31, 2018 so that we can get Supper Club started early in the new year!
Here's the way it works:
Dinners for 8 are held quarterly in a member's home.
You will host one dinner in your home providing the Entree and all beverages.
You will be a guest at three separate dinners at other members homes where you will bring Appetizers, Salad or a Dessert.
You must be a HDRA member in good standing with dues paid for 2019. You can pay your dues right from this website if you need to renew.
2018 Supper Club members must have hosted their dinner - or have it scheduled in January 2019 to be eligible for Supper Club again.
This isn't just for couples! If you're single and want to sign up and bring a guest, or be paired with another HDRA member to assist you on your cooking night that works too!
If you like good food, meeting new people, but hate commitment...
You can sign up to be a "replacement" at an occasional dinner by asking to be on our "alternates" list. Hosts will use this list to get replacements for Supper Club members when they cannot attend the dinner at the host's home.
I like it all, I'm just lacking a kitchen right now...
If you have had damage to your home but would still like to be in Supper Club, please join. Just let us know about when you expect to be back in your home, and we will make sure you host after that date. We don't want anyone to miss out because of Florence!
